What power requirements will I need?
Restroom trailer requires a dedicated standard 20 amp circuit/120 volt outlet. If you don't have one, we can provide a gas-powered generator for an additional charge.
Do I need a water hookup?
We will hook the restroom trailer up to a water spigot with a garden hose. We will provide the garden hose (100 ft.).
What is included in the price of my rental?
The rental fee includes: delivery the day before (for possible use during set-up and rehearsal), quality soap and paper products, liability insurance, and pick up the day after the event. You'll have the trailer for the whole weekend so you can host a next-day brunch or after party. With A/C, running water, and fine interior finishes, your restroom trailer will be one of the hits of your big day!
Where can the restroom trailer be placed?
We will do our best to accommodate your location wishes when we set the trailer, but there are limitations. Our restroom trailer must be placed on dry level ground (grass, gravel or concrete). Please be sure that there is a minimum 13' clearance from overhanging tree branches at both the placement location and the route to reach the location. The trailer is delivered by an oversized pick-up truck which will need to be able to get in and back out of the location. When thinking about where you want your restroom trailer set up, keep in mind that all of the doors are on the passenger side of the trailer.
Do you provide a service attendant?
Our restroom trailer are virtually self-maintained, however you will be responsible for basic upkeep, such as adding paper products if necessary, as well as wiping down the counters.
Does someone need to be available when the restroom trailer is delivered?
Yes. Generally you or someone representing you needs to be on-site when we deliver your restroom trailer to show us where you would like it set up. If you are having an event at a venue we work with regularly, these locations have standard spots for the trailer and you do not have to be there.
Do you require a deposit?
In order to reserve a restroom trailer, we require a $350 deposit. $250 is applied toward your rental fee and $100 is a refundable excessive cleaning deposit. If the unit requires normal cleaning only, the $100 will be refunded. The balance is due two weeks before your event.
Does the trailer have A/C?
Air-conditioning is one of the features that make restroom trailers very popular at summer events.
What are the size of the trailers?
Our luxury 7 station unit is 12' wide (with the steps out), by 20' long (including the trailer tongue).
What is your refund policy?
All deposits paid to Fancy Facilities are refundable in the event of an unforeseen cancellation of your event. Deposits can be applied to a new date if the new date is available.

We serve the Greater Northern California area including: Yolo, Placer, El Dorado, Nevada, Sierra, Plumas, Glenn, Colusa, Amador, Butte, Yuba, Sutter & Tehama Counties. Talk to us if your county is not listed.
